2007
Malaysian Holdings was incorporated, with the primary focus as a provider of ship agency and ship-to-ship (STS) services.
2008
Obtained first STS License for Malaysian operations.
2010
Obtained Shipping and Agency License.
2011
Obtained PDAs.
2013
UKAS ISO 9001 Accredited.
2016
Energe Asia Pte. Ltd. was incorporated, the company’s first overseas subsidiary.
2019
Obtained 8 product tankers.
2020
Building the first dedicated biofuel blending and storage facility in Malaysia.
2021
Rebranding to ENERGE® to reflect our transition from conventional to sustainable energy solutions.
2022
Tuas South Street 5 as the headquarters of ENERGE® Group. Development of 3 Used Cooking Oil collection sites in Malaysia. Granted a Preferential Corporate Tax Rate by the Singapore government.
2023
Obtained Trade Credit Facilities with 3 internationally renowned banks.
2024
Obtained Certification and Supplied ISCC – Certified Biofuel.
